1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using 1Click Automations' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

1Click Automations provides:

  • Free AI Readiness Audit
  • AI automation consulting and strategy
  • Custom AI agent development
  • Business process automation implementation
  • Ongoing support and optimization

3. Free AI Audit

Our Free AI Audit includes:

  • Analysis of your business processes and automation opportunities
  • Personalized AI implementation recommendations
  • Delivery of audit results within 5-7 business days
  • No purchase obligation

4. Paid Services

For paid services (strategy calls, custom development, etc.), specific terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal. Payment terms, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly defined before work begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by 1Click Automations and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

  • Website design and content
  • Proprietary methodologies and frameworks
  • Custom-developed code and automations (unless otherwise specified in agreement)

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not misuse our services or interfere with their operation
  • Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared

7. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated

8. Refund Policy

General Policy: We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our paid services, you may request a refund within 14 days of service delivery, subject to the conditions below.

8.1 Strategy Call Refunds

For paid strategy calls ($1,500 or other pricing):

  • Full refund available if requested within 48 hours of the call
  • You retain all materials provided (AI Prompt Library, custom roadmap, call recording)
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

8.2 Custom Development Refunds

For custom AI agent or automation development:

  • Refunds are prorated based on work completed
  • If less than 25% of work is complete, full refund available
  • If 25-50% complete, 50% refund available
  • If over 50% complete, no refund but we'll work to resolve issues
  • Request must be made in writing with specific concerns

8.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
  • API usage costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Services completed more than 30 days ago
  • Completed and delivered projects where you've already received full value

8.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@1clickautomations.ai with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your order/invoice number and reason for the refund request
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

9. Service Guarantee

We guarantee that all work will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. If any deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will revise it at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1Click Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business data, strategies, technical implementations, and trade secrets.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • For ongoing services, with 30 days written notice
  • Immediately if the other party breaches these terms
  • For non-payment of fees

Upon termination, you'll receive all work completed to date and be invoiced for any outstanding services.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1Click Automations operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
